Project Management

Responsible for two products transfer from USA, Microwave Coaxial Switch (DC-40Ghz) and Programmable Step Attenuator (DC-18GHz).
Act as a project leader for the Switch Transfer. Knowledge in planning and organizing. Including First Article, Pilot Run, and verify and buyoff systems.

Manufacturing/Production

Responsible for two product lines transferred. Turn-on rate and Customer Return.
Monitor and analyses product performance, quality, and reliability, identified problem or unfavorable deviations, recommended, and execute corrective actions.
Working knowledge of process control, product testing and statistical analysis.
Implement the use of SQC and FMEA.

Pioneer in Microwave Technology knowledge transfer and microcircuit products transfer from HP USA to HP Malaysia. Product frequency works up to 50GHz.
